Hi, I am Valene (val-en), a graphic designer and illustrator with a knack for creativity and a solid background in art.
Growing up in the Alps amidst a family of artists, I developed a passion for design early on. Back in the 2000s, in the early days of the Internet, my dad taught me how to make websites and my mum brought me to her painting classes. And Voila, here I am. Still designing away!
In 2015, I kicked off a business creating custom illustrations for musicians, earning trust and recognition for my craft. My journey took a turn when in 2017, while working at The British Library I began designing logos, posters and illustrations for my team. Praised for my creations, I realised my passion for Design.
I then enrolled in a Graphic Design school, where I honed my craft under the guidance of industry professionals from across the globe. During my time at the school, I undertook over 26 design projects, from branding and packaging to web and app design. Armed with a robust foundation in design principles and proficiency in Adobe software, I emerged as a versatile designer ready to tackle any creative challenge.
